Mass Herbal does not accept credit card payments. Many of the popular payment processing companies do not allow payment processing for kratom purchases. We are currently offering a few payment options for all purchases like echeck (bank transfer) as well as check or money order by mail. Please note that for new customers without a positive purchase history (three or more successful orders), your order will be processed once the payment clears.

Echeck (Bank Transfer) (Best form of payment)
Make your payment directly into our bank account using your account and routing number. The processor then creates an virtual electronic check or echeck to complete your payment.
On the checkout page, in the payment options select echeck (agree to Terms & Conditions) and checkout.
Please note your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our bank account. This process may take a few days and we will keep you updated. For those customers with a positive order history (three or more successful orders), your products will be shipped immediately. Please contact us if you’re unsure about your order history or if you have any questions.
*Bounced & Returned Checks: Mass Herbal will charge $25 for every bounced and/ or returned check.

Please do not send money through Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, Western Union electronic transfer, or any other method not mentioned above. These companies do not allow for kratom payment processing and have been known to freeze accounts and seize funds.
Regardless of which method you choose to use, please help us process your order ASAP, please confirm your order with a photo, screenshot, or transfer confirmation email.
