How much does shipping cost?

Free priority shipping within the US when you spend $50 or more and a flat fee of $8.00 for orders less than $50. We offer express shipping within the US at a cost of $26. We do not currently ship internationally. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more info.

What are your ship times?

Please allow two business days for your order to be processed. Shipping is done through USPS and will vary with your location as well as if you choose Priority or Priority Express shipping. For all customers without positive previous order history and are paying through echeck (bank transfer), check or money order will need to submit payment at time of your order and the funds will need to clear for your order to be processed. Please see our Payments page for more info.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only offer shipping within the United States for now.

How do I get my free kratom samples?

We offer free kratom samples with every kratom order! At checkout include your sample preference in the order notes. Not sure what to try for your sample? That’s alright leave it blank and we’ll throw in some of our favorites! (Please note, we will always do our best to accommodate your free sample requests. Just know that samples are based on current available stock and we will do our best to get your requested samples. Due to stock restraints, you may receive a strain like the one requested.)

What payment types do you accept?

Many of the popular payment processing companies do not allow payment processing for kratom purchases. We are currently offering a few payment options for kratom purchases like echeck (bank transfer) as well as check or money order by mail. Please note that for new customers, without a positive purchase history your order will be processed once the payment clears.

How do I redeem a gift card on the website?

After you’ve added your items to the cart, select checkout. Then enter your shipping and billing information. On the billing tab, you’ll enter your gift card number and verify your gift card balance. You can then apply the amount to your purchase. If your card doesn’t cover the full amount you can pay the remainder with another gift card (up to 3) or with a credit card.

How do I check my gift card balance on the website?

You can check your balance during step two of the checkout process. Your balance will appear when you enter the gift card number and click apply. You can then decide if you wish to proceed with the purchase.

How can I track my shipment?

When your order is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Just enter that number on the carrier’s website to see where your shipment is at.

I can't log in to my account! What do I do?

Oh no! Let’s figure this out! Here are some possible solutions to try out:

Make sure you’re typing in the right email address and password. You might not have registered with your primary address.

  1. Try not to copy and paste the email and password – this sometimes adds an extra “space” into the password that you aren’t able to see.

What is kratom?

Kratom (mitragyna speciosa) is a tropical evergreen tree in the coffee family native to Southeast Asia. Kratom is indigenous to Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Papua New Guinea, where it has been used in traditional medicines since at least the nineteenth century. The kratom leaves are harvested, dried and milled into the fine leaf powder we sell today.

What is “single source” kratom mean and where does Mass Herbal kratom come from?

Our kratom is direct from the source! We tried lots of different kratom from countless Indonesian distributors until we found our current amazing source! Single source kratom refers to how we source our kratom, all our kratom comes from one farm. Single source. We buy all our kratom from our Indonesian distributor, which he sources only from his small family farm in Putusibau, Indonesia. Putussibau is situated on the Kapuas River is an Indonesian town in Kapuas Hulu Regency, West Kalimantan. Which is located on the island of Borneo.

It’s rumored that some of the bigger distributors like to use many farms, some with poor growing and drying conditions, and/or immature plants. They mix the strains from many farms together, which can result in an inferior product. Not us. We sought out the very best and stick to what we know, excellent kratom from the same farm, every time.

What do the different colors and names mean?

Choosing which kratom you want is tough at first and can be overwhelming! Let’s try to break this down and hopefully will give you a better understanding of each type. There are 3 main varieties of kratom, red, green and white. All kratom has green leaves and thick stem (and smaller veins) going down the middle of the leaf. These stems (and veins) are either, you guessed it.. red, green or white. When we talk about kratom we like to compare kratom to a light spectrum. Red strains are going to be on the lower spectrum, greens are middle to upper spectrum and whites are upper spectrum. The kratom names vary widely and come from the farmer, distributor or manufacturer. All our strain names come directly from our farmer.

Why is your kratom not what I expected or different then what I previously purchased from Mass Herbal or from another seller, but both have the same strain name?

There are many factors that can contribute to this, but the main thing is that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or it’s not what you expected get in touch ASAP and we’ll do everything we can to resolve any issues! Kratom can vary widely based on the region and growing climate, soil conditions, monsoon season, growing technique, plant and leaf maturity, monsoon season, drying process and climate, etc. This means that the end product will vary slightly. We try to be as consistent as we can, which is why we only use one source, but again if for any reason any issues arise, please Contact us immediately.

Do you test your kratom?

Yes we do! We are currently conducting random full panel COA tests through Analytical Resource Laboratory. The analysis tests our kratom for contaminants; coliforms, staphylococcus, e. coli, salmonella, mold, yeast, heavy metals; arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead as well as for mitragynine and 7-hydroxy-mitragynine alkaloid strength. All of our kratom comes from one farm, so we are very confident that our products are safe, and we are working on achieving testing every batch very soon! Why is your kratom labeled as “not sold for human consumption”?

Currently there are a few states that have passed the kratom consumer protection act which allows kratom to be sold as an herbal supplement. Massachusetts is not one of those states. Due to the FDA’s import alert 54-14, kratom has been labeled by the FDA as an unapproved food or drug. Which may not be imported for sale as a food or drug. We sell Kratom (Mitragyna Speciosa) as a bulk botanical ingredient for further processing, to be sold exclusively as an ingredient for soap making or aromatherapy. This material has made no structure/function or medicinal claims and is clearly marketed and labeled:

“Warning: This product is not sold for human consumption. Botanical specimen. Product of Indonesia. Kratom (mitragyna speciosa) has not been approved by the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. See import alert 54-14 issued by the FDA for more information. KEEP THIS PRODUCT AWAY FROM CHILDREN.”

How do I store my kratom and will it go bad?

Kratom, like other dried herbs should be stored in a cool, dry space, away from sunlight. Preferably in an airtight container. If stored properly dried herbs like kratom can be stored safely for years, but the longer time you hold onto dried herbs, they will stale with age. All of our kratom comes to us vacuum sealed to retain freshness.
